Walk-up sessions start at $25/driver. Hosted Racing Party is $2,000 for 4 hours with 3 sims and 1 operator (up to 80 guests). Full Mobile Experience is $5,000 for 4 hours with 4 sims and 2 operators (up to 200 guests). Festival and multi-day pricing is custom — contact us for a quote.
What's included in the price?
Everything. The rig, operators, insurance, setup, and teardown are included in every package. No hidden fees. Add-ons like replay reels and an on-site MC are optional extras — see the table above.
How far do you travel? Are travel costs extra?
We're based in Morro Bay, CA and travel statewide across California and the West Coast. Travel costs for destinations outside the Central Coast may apply — always included transparently in your custom quote. No surprises on event day.
How long does setup take?
45 minutes door-to-green-flag. We arrive one hour before your start time and are running before your first guest arrives. Teardown is just as fast. See the rig specs page for the full technical picture.
Do you require a deposit to hold a date?
No deposit is charged until the contract is signed. You can place a hold with a 3-minute inquiry — see our event formats or go straight to booking to lock the date.
