The San Francisco Bay Area is one of M1 Circuit Racing’s primary operating markets. It’s the corporate event capital of the West Coast — and a city that appreciates precision engineering as much as it appreciates performance. The Porsche GT3 RS simulator rig is at home here.
The M1CR rig is a complete mobile simulator cell: Porsche GT3 RS concept chassis, Stage Five 6-DOF motion platform, 25 Nm direct-drive force feedback wheel, hydraulic load-cell pedals, and triple 32-inch curved displays at 144 Hz. It arrives self-contained — solar, battery, Starlink — and sets up in 45 minutes on any surface.
In San Francisco proper, we’ve operated at SoMa event spaces, Embarcadero venues, corporate campuses in the Financial District, and private rooftop events. In Silicon Valley, we run regularly at tech campuses, startup events, and product launches. In Marin and the North Bay, we work well with outdoor venues and winery settings.
Corporate team building is the most frequent inquiry we get from Bay Area clients. The tech ecosystem runs on experience-driven events — retreats, SKOs, product launches — and the racing simulator is one of the few activities that gets a room of engineers, executives, and marketers genuinely competing against each other. Add the branded leaderboard and you’ve turned your event into a marquee moment.
Private events in the Bay run from milestone celebrations in Tiburon to corporate retreats in Palo Alto. The half-day format handles up to 80 guests with a live leaderboard and replay reels. Full-day bookings accommodate up to 200 and include lounge seating, helmets, and the optional on-site MC who runs a proper race-day qualifying session.
Outdoor and festival activations are a natural fit for Bay Area events. Marin and Napa/Sonoma are regular destinations for us — winery events and food and wine festivals particularly. We’ve run multi-day activations at outdoor venues where the combination of Porsche aesthetics, the awning setup, and the motion platform in action becomes the defining photo opportunity of the weekend.
Automotive events in the Bay draw serious car enthusiasts, particularly around Monterey Car Week which draws visitors from across the region. Cars-and-coffee events, concours, and marque club days are events where a Porsche GT3 RS sim rig belongs on the floor.
We’re based in Morro Bay on the Central Coast — about 4.5 to 5 hours south of San Francisco via Highway 101. For Bay Area events, we route up 101, arriving ready to set up in your venue’s load-in window. For multi-day activations or consecutive Bay Area bookings, we stage locally to eliminate unnecessary drive time.

It's built for them. Corporate activations with branded leaderboards and lead-capture integration are a standard package. We've run events for major tech companies at their campuses and offsite venues across the Bay.
Absolutely. We're self-powered and self-connected — no hookups needed. We've run outdoor events across Marin, the wine country north of the Bay, and along the Peninsula. Wind and moderate weather are not a problem with our awning setup.
