Absolutely. The rig operates indoors at convention centers, hotel ballrooms, corporate campuses, and private clubs. It fits through a standard double door. We run on self-contained power — no venue hookup needed.

How far in advance do I need to book for an LA event?

Peak weeks (corporate holiday party season, major car show weekends) book 6–8 weeks out. For standard dates, 2–3 weeks is usually fine. We recommend booking as soon as your date is set to guarantee availability.
